Kids like Real Food.
How do we know this?
Just look here - what do you see?
Whenever we have exposed children to real food experiences - they respond positively.
Our bodies and minds naturally tell us that real food is good for us.
However, we do need to change the toxic food environments that surround many children.
Real Food Kids is a program of the IRN that focuses on doing just this.
We are developing a variety of partnerships and resources for kids, including curricula, graphics, and fun characters that help tell the story in ways kids can relate to.
We also look for exceptional kids who are offering their leadership to the cause of improving child health through nutrition. Do you know of such a child? Help us shine some light on such efforts (email here).
