Personal Quote
On picky-eaters: "I think that parents – to a large degree- create picky eaters. Just because your child turns their nose up at something doesn't mean you shouldn't keep offering it. I am not a believer in making kids- or anyone- eat food they don't like but I do think you should not assume it's a meaningful response: kids change their minds on a daily basis. I don't think that parents should feed their kids food that they don't find healthful. I also think you can inspire a picky eater by having them get involved in cooking."
